They specialise in Surinamese and Caribbean cuisine as well as lavish sweets and custom cakes. Using only fresh and organic products, every menu – small or large – is made to order. The goal was to create a visual style resembling both the tropical assets of the Caribbean region as well as the warmth and comfort of soulfood reflected by either the family kitchen or a foodtruck based on the streets.
